Chocolate Pumpkin Muffins
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 15 oz. can pure pumpkin (make sure you don't get pumpkin pie filling)
2 large egg whites (or 6 tbls. egg white substitute)
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. mini chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin tins with non stick baking spray. Combine all ingredients and fill 24 cups . Bake 18-22 minutes.
